Question: why do aneurysms develop in our brain?

This is not my specialty, but aneurysms can occur in different parts of the body too, they are a bulging weak area in the wall of an artery and if they rupture they can cause a bleed in the brain, which damages the local brain cells.

It seems that the cause of them can be smoking, high blood pressure, as well as genetic predispositions.
