• Question: there are different parts of the brain , so do you have to use the same area of the brain for each brain's tissue sample?

      There are many different regions of the brain so when we do experiments we do make sure to use the same region from each brain to compare. This is to make sure the only difference between the brains is whether they have Alzheimer’s disease or not.
      For example, I use the parietal lobe to compare all of the brains I use but others have used frontal and temporal lobe.
