      I typically do my experiments:
      – in schools, using computerised tasks laptops or pen and paper questionnaires or tests, we take our participants out of class for 40 min – 1 hour and get them to do lots of these tasks in a quiet room,
      – in testing rooms at my university, again using computers typically or pen and paper tests, for when we test adults
      – and finally at our neuroimaging centre, where we have a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner. This is the closest think to a “lab” in terms of my research (you can see a couple of pictures of the scanner and control room for the scanner on my profile).
